Your license key for activating the software is sent by email in the order confirmation and is also available in the Subscription section of your account dashboard.

All features of ImFusion Labels Standalone are available during the free trial.

The ImFusion Labels Standalone version includes a one-time 30-day free trial period.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, no fee will be charged.

If you are interested in ImFusion Cloud, contact us for an evaluation period.

The number of users who can activate a license depends on the Quantity selected during checkout.

For example, if the selected quantity is 5, the license key associated with the purchased subscription can be activated by up to five different users on different machines.

All licenses associated with the different subscription plans are machine-bound, meaning that each license activation is tied to a specific machine.

Note that machine-bound licenses do not work on virtual machines or containers.

Yes, we also offer floating licenses upon request. With floating licenses, activation is not tied to a specific machine, allowing the license to be used by different users as needed.

This option is best suited for concurrent usage.

Yes, after successfully purchasing a subscription, you will be granted access to our license user portal, where you can view and manage the status of your license, including reviewing and resetting activations for individual machines.

Yes, but only for the ImFusion Standalone version.

Offline can be done on a self-service basis through our offline activation portal.

How the process works:

1. 1Install the software on the target machine.
2. 2Generate an activation request file from the software.
3. 3Upload the request file to the offline activation portal.
4. 4Download the generated activation response file.
5. 5Install the response file on the target machine to complete the license activation.

Upon successful generation of the activation response file, the server counts one activation against the license.

Licenses that allow multiple activations can be activated either online or offline, independently for each activation.

Yes, go to your Account page and navigate to your subscriptions. Click “Cancel” on the subscription you no longer need.

The license will continue to be active until the end of the subscription cycle.
